Most first home buyers who don’t feel ready have never sat down and worked out the real numbers. They’ve got a rough idea from a mate, a headline they read somewhere, and a general sense that it’s probably still a way off. So the decision keeps getting pushed back another six months, based on a guess.

A Strategy Session isn’t a sales meeting and it isn’t applying for anything. It’s sitting down for an hour and working out your real position, with real numbers, so that whatever you decide next is an actual decision rather than a guess.
